Online Safety

Helping you stay safe online

The Internet is a wonderful information resource which opens up new opportunities for learning and creativity, however online learners should be aware of the potential dangers and they and their parents, carers and teachers should take measures to ensure safe usage by all.

Online safety is something that no education establishment can ignore and NEN’s community is committed to providing as safe and as secure an environment for learners and teachers as possible and has therefore pioneered work in the field of Internet safety.

The regionally and nationally acclaimed resources contained within NEN’s Online safety site provide specific advice for pupils, parents and carers, governors, schools and Local Authorities.
